You’re not going to like your review.
Part of purchasing your product is customer experience. I had to wait over (3) weeks for the knife I ordered. And then you sent me the wrong knife. It was not engraved. And when I emailed you and told you, you were unapologetic and said my order was still in your shop. I told you. I’m not going through the trouble to send it back and wait again another month. This is an expensive knife and I would expect your company to be on point with customer service as well as standing by your product.
Ricardo, you are right. We are not happy about the review, but we do appreciate the honesty. One of our team members sent out the knife without engraving due to a human error; that is our fault, and we are happy to make it right. Your engraved knife is prepared and ready for shipment.
