PEOPLE ARE ASKING

Are Tekto Knives Left-Handed?

Some Tekto knives are ambidextrous and can be augmented for left-handed use, while others cannot. For a left-handed folding knife, Tekto recommends our F1 Alpha.

What Lock Types Do We Use?

A liner lock uses a tension-loaded liner to secure the blade when opened. A button lock releases the blade when the button on the handle is pressed, and ensures the knife is locked in place when fully closed or fully opened.

Do folding knives deploy automatically?

Tekto folding knives can be deployed rapidly by pushing the flipper tab. Our ceramic ball bearing mechanism allows the blade to deploy smoothly and quickly with ease.

Can I disassemble my folding knife?

Please do not disassemble Tekto knives. Most issues can be resolved with a thorough cleaning - Tekto provides a walkthrough on this here. If there is an issue that requires disassembly, please contact us at support@tektoknives.com.
