PEOPLE ARE ASKING

What is a Button Lock?

A button lock is a push button allowing the blade to lock in place and not move until the button is pressed again. Upon pressing the button, the lock disengages allowing for blade deployment.

Are Button Lock knives safe?

A button lock is usually considered better and stronger than a liner lock. Additionally, it does score extra safety points for never requiring you to put your hand in the blade’s path as it closes.

Why Do You Add Titanium Coating?

Our titanium coating process increases the corrosion resistance of our blades while at the same time providing the blade with a deep matte texture.

Does the blade arrive sharpened?

Yes, all Tekto knives are sharpened before they leave our facilities. However, all blades lose their edge after prolonged use and must be eventually resharpened.

My favorite folder by TEKTO

I own the Bravo and the Charlie, both are great knives. But this knife is by far my favorite. Its compact and super smooth, smoother than the Charlie in my opinion, maybe due to the lighter weight. The button lock makes this knife fidgety, I keep opening and closing it all day long. The reverse tano is unique as most of the Tekto knives are drop points. I've used the knife for about 4 weeks and Ive cut rope, opened boxes and chopped a few branches, no issues, it did it well. Its still sharp, I haven't had to sharpen it. I received this knife free in return for an honest review.

Awesome knife!

Great knife, great color. It has a smooth action and the push button lock is very fidgety. This is like my 5th Tekto. You guys keep knocking it out of the park. Thank you!

Solid

Smaller that I thought it would be but any bigger and it wouldn’t be as good on a carry. Solid construction. Light weight

In love with these folders

I have over 40 tactical folding blades and I have a couple that are my “go to” knives. Since I purchased my first Tekto knife a few months ago, I have been obsessed with the quality and ease of use. I am from Canada so the exchange and shipping makes the knives quite expensive but they are worth it. My F4 is so easy to carry in jeans or even suit pants. The ease of operation is amazing; I have never had a knife with such a smooth opening process. The look of the knife is so appealing. All in all, I am ready to buy every version of Tekto knives.
