This is a second knife I got from Tekto. I bought the first one, this one I received as a gift. The F3 is a much larger knife than the other folders put out by Tekto. The blade is much bigger and you feel like it can take a punishing. The scales are G10 and are pretty comfortable, they fit well into my hand. I have no use the lanyard hole, thats not for me. The coolest thing about the F3 is the button lock, its addicting. Very smooth opening and closing, probably due to the ceramic ball bearings. I have not used the flipper much as I use the button lock, but they both work. Great knife, I recommend it.

Not only is this F3 Charlie aesthetically pleasing, it has great action and just feels amazing in the hand. The weight of the knife is absolutely perfect. I own several reputable brand knives, however, those are now in the knife roll. The F3 Charlie will now be my number one EDC and I look forward to what Tekto has to offer in the future. When they say they design "purpose-built knives", they mean it.

I first saw the F3 Charlie in a feature article and went to the Tekto website to find out more about it. I like the company back story, so I made the decision to order the F3 Charlie! I have read all the specs and the design story and when I received it, it truly exceeded my expectations! It came razor sharp and much more lightweight than my Benchmade I have been carrying for the last two years. I was surprised by the size of the blade and thoughtfulness of design. It went right into my pocket as soon as I got it out of the box and will be there for a long time. It is a tool that can be counted on to get any job done you need! The price is right and the quality is excellent! I highly recommend this model, even for people with larger hands!
Different than all my other knives, the F3 will take an honored place as daily carry! Great build quality and form factor, the look and feel makes you want to play with it all day, with the push button closure being the cherry on top.
